WE ARE UPDATING OUR SYSTEM WITH UPS. THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN SHIPPING DURING THESE UPDATES - WE VERY MUCH APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING WITH THIS INCONVENIENCE DURING OUR UPDATES - THANK YOU!!!

We offer shipping options with UPS, select the option that works best for you and our store will apply the current UPS charges. Our orders are generally processed within 72 hours, unless one or more items are out of stock. Your order may be held up to 10 days or more in order to ship complete. We reserve the right to, in rare instances, make substitutions for "out of stock" products that are similar and like in nutritional values.

We reserve the right to use other means of delivery in order to insure a speedy delivery: United Postal Service & Fed Ex may be used.

We do our part to help "KEEP OUR ENVIRONMENT GREEN". Whenever possible, we will recycle boxes and packing material to do our part in Protecting Our Environment.

Our offices are closed Saturdays and Sundays, any orders or customers inquiries placed on these days will be processed on Monday.

RETURN POLICY: ALL ITEMS MUST NOT BE TAMPERED WITH-NOT OPENED AND ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER IS ALSO REQUIRED TO PAY RESTOCKING FEE. ALL CANCELLED ITEMS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A $5 CANCELLATION FEE...NO EXCEPTIONS, THANK YOU.
