***ATTENTION: We are making updates to our store and orders will be processed and accepted May 30th through June 2nd. However, THERE WILL BE NO ORDERS SHIPPED UNTIL THURSDAY 6/3/10. We are sorry for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.

We offer shipping options with UPS, select the option that works best for you and our store will apply the current UPS charges. Our orders are generally processed within 48 hours, unless one or more items are out of stock. Your order may be held up to 10 days or more in order to ship complete. We reserve the right to, in rare instances, make substitutions for "out of stock" products that are similar and like in nutritional values.

We reserve the right to use other means of delivery in order to insure a speedy delivery: United Postal Service & Fed Ex may be used.

For some reason, UPS is charging additional fees through customs. So, you pay us the amount that the UPS SHIPPING REEL CHARGES US to ship your items and then they get you again with addtional fees on your end in Canada. We do not agree with this and will not ship International Shipments with them any longer.

We do our part to help "KEEP OUR EVIRONMENT GREEN". Whenever possible, we will recycle boxes and packing material to do our part in Protecting Our Environment.

Our offices are closed Saurdays and Sundays, any orders or customers inquiries placed on these days will be processed on Monday morning.
